Who are we?
My name is Paul Rolling and I’ve been in the office machines and supplies industry for more than 35 years, self-employed for 26 of them. My career started in 1984 as a Sales Representative for Gestetner, selling photocopiers. I loved it! The rest, as they say, is history!
I’ve learnt a lot since then and built my business on providing straightforward, well-informed advice and making sure my clients get the best machines and contracts for them. I’m based in Nottingham.
What can you expect?
As far as we are concerned, customer service is paramount; right from your first contact when you will get to speak to a real person at the end of the phone! You won’t have to “press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts….”. You won’t be endlessly kept on hold. And, you will only get the answerphone if you’re calling out of office hours, in which case you will be called back the following day. It’s a really simple philosophy, but one that works and which our customers love.
