A Total Volume Plan allows you to spread the cost of your printing and scanning, and can help you budget. The price is calculated as a ‘cost per copy’, which includes the machine(s), consumables (ink and toner) and maintenance (parts and labour).
If you’re on a TVP (Total Volume Plan) the amount you spend depends entirely on the amount you print. There are no hidden costs and the only other thing you’ll need to pay for is the paper you use.
TVP’s are perfect if you’re on a tight budget as you can determine what you spend or if you have quiet periods when your print volume is low.
